*this is where we stayed. They have wine/cheese around 5 PM everyday and free access to bikes for cruising around town. Originally built as a private residence in 1861, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Elliott House offers old world charm coupled with new world amenities.

Pavilion Bar which on top of the Pavilion Hotel - outside on rooftop with the great views of the city. This is the perfect happy hour place!
