1. Elements Fresh - if you are looking for a fresh salad this is the place - across from Ritz Carlton
2. Ferguson Lane - I stumbled on this accidentally - it is a lane with lots of cute high end boutiques, wine/cheese place, and a good coffee shop with wi-fi for chilling - Coffee Tree.

3. Apsara - My fav for facial, massage, scrubs...No. 457 Shanxi Road Northm Jingan District
4. Evian Spa - pricier but great - 3 on the Bund
