If you're in New Delhi... shop and stroll around JanPath and Cannaught Place ("CP") they are near each other and you can cover it easily in a day.
If you're in the mood to haggle over pricing and interested in a great outdoor crafts market: Dilli Haat is kinda small but packed with great textiles, etc. You might be the only non-local. =)
